Pick Up returns will be accepted within 4 days of the purchase date.

It’s super easy, just e-mail us at Online@zubiikids.com with your order number and which item you would like to return, and we will provide you with a shipping label. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt, in the original packaging. Returns are always easy; however, 10% of the return total will be deducted from your refund for restocking fees. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund.
